Friday Afternoon Tea

Longview has many wonderful volunteering opportunities, whether you’re 6 or 66.

Visitors might find a “Moms & Tots” group meeting with our residents, or college students busy giving manicures to all who want one, or playing scrabble, or taking part in a baking class.

Professors from one of our local colleges might volunteer for a special one-night presentation on a topic of interest to all, or a local artist might offer a six-night landscape painting class.

Baking Class

Maybe a volunteer is especially good at helping with our once-a-month birthday parties, or our Friday afternoon teas. Whatever your interests, be it a one-time event or a once-a-week class, we appreciate all our volunteers who enable us to offer such an expansive recreation schedule.
