As a not-for-profit organization, Longview stands solidly behind its mission: to develop and operate residential living communities to provide older adults with affordable high quality housing, services and continuing care options that enhance quality of life, independence, health, safety, security and personal growth while preserving individual rights to privacy, dignity and respect.

With 101 Independent Apartments and 60 Assisted Living Suites, we provide our residents with a broad array of services and amenities. Also offered are a wide variety of social and recreational activities that challenge, encourage and engage residents, creating a stimulating environment.

To insure opportunities for personal growth, Longview has a close program-focused relationship with Ithaca College, located just down the road. This relationship assures that the activities and daily events incorporate education, music, plays and other blended, intergenerational events that enhance the Longview lifestyle.
