Apartment Options

When an apartment becomes available, we refer to our reservation list of people waiting to move to Longview. Although we do have a long list of prospective residents, we are often able to place a potential new resident within months of receiving a reservation request as time-constraints sometimes prevent an individual from being able to move to Longview when an apartment becomes available.

Independent Apartment Rates for 2010 are:

These rates include heat, air-conditioning, electric, weekly housekeeping services and one meal a day in our luxurious dining room. Please refer to our Services & Amenities sheet, below, for an extensive list of services and amenities included in your basic monthly rental fee, and those services available for an additional fee.
